What is checked at write time
- Every reference (property, renter, agent, key) must exist. No orphan events.
- Windows and slots must be valid, and a slot can never fall outside the window the renter asked for.
- An assignment needs a structured reason. No reason, no assignment.
- Closed viewings accept no new assignments or outcomes.
- A phone call needs a summary of what was said. A disruption needs a description.
- A new renter is matched against existing contacts by phone, email and name before being created.
- The events table refuses UPDATE and DELETE at the database level.
